2 glasses of hot wate

20 g green tea

2 sprigs of peppermint

3 black currant leaves

1 PC. lemon (zest)

2 sprigs of lemon balm

sugar or honey as you like

1) The Bottle Tea™ tea bottle should be rinsed with boiling water - this will help the aroma of green tea, mint and herbs to develop better. The drink will turn out to be rich and healthy. Rinse the herbs well, tear off the leaves from the branches, removing them, since they will give bitterness during brewing. Rinse fresh leaves, chop. If these are dried leaves, then they do not require preliminary preparation. Wash the lemon thoroughly by rubbing the zest on a fine grater. Combine everything: both grass leaves and green tea.

2) Then pour boiling water at 90-95 degrees in a kettle. Let it brew for 5-7 minutes. Pour into cups or glasses, add sugar or honey to taste. The herbal tea has cleansing and antiviral properties. Mint and lemon balm gives vigor and energy, raspberries - warms, and currants help to remove excess water from the body. The secret is rinsing the teapot to improve the aroma of the tea; the herbal tea strengthens the immune system.

3) This tea is a great start to the day, especially if you have to travel through the autumn weather. Have a nice tea!
